Your account

• Your account is for you alone. Do not share your password; change the temporary password you are given at first sign-in.
• On a shared phone or computer, leave “Remember me” unticked and sign out when you finish.
• Tell your school straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Using the platform

• Use the information you can see only for school purposes and keep it confidential.
• Enter attendance, marks and payment details accurately. Changes are recorded with your name.
• Do not try to access information your role does not allow.

Payments

Fees paid online are confirmed only after your Mobile Money provider confirms the payment. Receipts are issued by the school for confirmed payments.
